These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when using our cleaning services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms. 1. Services We Offer We provide three core types of cleaning services. Below is what’s included in each: General Cleaning (Recurring or One-Time) This is a maintenance-level cleaning great for weekly, biweekly, or monthly needs. Included:

  • Dusting of all surfaces (furniture, shelves, décor, etc.)
  • Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping all floors
  • Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, tubs, sinks, mirrors, countertops)
  • Kitchen cleaning (countertops, outside of appliances, cabinet fronts, sink)
  • Emptying trash bins and replacing liners (if provided)
  • Light spot cleaning of doors and light switches

Deep Cleaning A more detailed clean, ideal for first-time cleanings or occasional refreshes. Includes everything in General Cleaning, plus:

  • Hand-wipe baseboards
  • Detailed dusting (including vents, blinds, ceiling fans within reach)
  • Inside of microwave, top of refrigerator, and behind small countertop appliances
  • Light switches, door frames, and wall spot-checks
  • Interior window sills and tracks (as reachable without ladders)
  • Polishing of furniture and fixtures
  • Extra attention to tile grout, soap scum, and buildup

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Designed to prepare a home for a new resident or to leave it spotless when moving out. Includes everything in Deep Cleaning, plus:

  • Inside of all kitchen cabinets and drawers
  • Inside and outside of refrigerator and oven
  • Inside of all closets
  • Inside bathroom cabinets and drawers
  • Vacuuming closet shelves and baseboards
  • Dusting or wiping light fixtures (reachable without a ladder)
  • Removing cobwebs and trash left behind (within limits)

Note: Homes that are extremely dirty or neglected may require additional time and may be billed accordingly after assessment. Let us know if you have special requests-we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Extra fees may apply depending on the request. 2. Scheduling & Access

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
  • We ask that someone is present to let us in or provide a way for us to enter.
  • If we arrive and cannot get in, a $25 lockout fee will be charged.
  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be charged $50.

3. What We Don’t Do To keep our team safe and protect your property, we do not:

  • Move heavy furniture (sofas, beds, dressers, etc.)
  • Clean up biohazards (blood, feces, mold, etc.)
  • Remove pests or deal with infestations
  • Provide mold remediation or restoration services
  • Clean exterior windows or climb on ladders over 2 steps

If your space needs a service we don’t offer, we’re happy to refer you to someone who does. 4. Preparing for Your Cleaning To help us give you the best service:

  • Please remove clutter and secure pets
  • Let us know about any areas that need special attention
  • Make sure we have access to running water and electricity
  • Tell us about any surfaces that require gentle care

We do not clean personal items like electronics, jewelry, or heirlooms. 5. Payment Policy

  • Payment will be place on hold 1 day prior to booking and will be charged after at the time of service is completed.
  • We accept credit/debit online
  • Returned or failed payments will be charged a $35 fee

6. Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to be happy! If you’re not satisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to fix the issue. We do not offer full refunds, but will always make things right when possible. 7. Damages or Accidents

  • We treat your home with care, and our team is fully insured
  • If an accident occurs, please let us know within 24 hours
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by unstable items or surfaces (loose fixtures, improperly mounted items, etc.)

8. Your Privacy We respect your privacy. Your personal information will only be used to provide services and communicate with you. We will never sell or share your details. There maybe times we request before and after pictures but will obtain your permission 9. Changes to These Terms RiverCity Sparkle may update these terms at any time. If we do, we’ll notify you by email or post changes on our website. Continued use of our services means you agree to the new terms. 10. Dispute Resolution We aim to resolve issues peacefully. If we can’t reach a resolution, any disputes will be handled according to the laws of the State of Kentucky. We may request mediation before going to court. Contact Us Have a question?
